How Renta Cars works
From “is it free that weekend?” to keys back, in four steps.
Renting a car from a person should feel as clear as renting from a counter, and a good deal friendlier. This is the flow we are building.
02
Check each other
Open the other person’s LegitShield Passport before you agree to anything. They can open yours.
03
Agree and hand over
Settle the dates, price, deposit and rules in writing, then record the car’s condition with photos at pickup.
04
Return and confirm
Bring it back, check it together, and both confirm the rental is done. The record stays with you both.
Something for every trip
The city run, the family outing, the long haul.
Sedans & hatchbacks
Easy on fuel and easy to park, for errands, meetings and city days.
SUVs & MPVs
Room for the family and the bags, for out-of-town weekends.
Vans
Group trips, events and airport runs, often with a driver.
Pickups
For hauling, moving day and roads that ask more of a car.
Who it’s for
Three ways in. One standard for all of them.
Whether you run a fleet, own one car, or just need wheels for the weekend, Renta Cars is being built around you, and everyone signs in the same way.
Your whole fleet, in front of renters you can check.
Bring your rental business online without building a site of your own. One page for your company, every car on it.
- ✓A business page with all your cars, rates and rules
- ✓Availability and bookings in one place, not across chats and pages
- ✓Every renter arrives with a LegitShield Passport you can open
Let your car earn on the days you don’t need it.
Your car is worth a lot more than a day’s rent. You decide who drives it, and you see who they are first.
- ✓List one car in minutes, for the dates you choose
- ✓You approve each rental. Nobody books your car without your yes
- ✓A shared record of the handover and the return
Compare businesses and private owners, side by side.
No more sending a deposit to a page you found yesterday. You see who is behind every car before you commit.
- ✓Rental companies and private owners in one search
- ✓Price, deposit and rules stated up front, in writing
- ✓Condition photos at pickup, so you aren’t blamed for old scratches
Why LegitShield
One login, and it is the only one.
- ✓No new password. Your LegitShield Passport is your Renta Cars account. There is nothing else to sign up for.
- ✓You choose what is shared. LegitShield asks you first, and shows you what Renta Cars will see: your name, photo, Passport and connected accounts.
- ✓The same rule for everyone. Businesses, private owners and renters come in through the same door, so nobody here is anonymous.
